By playing Emberrise you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. You must be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. A game, not gambling

Emberrise is a free game for entertainment. Coins, items, levels and the pot are fictional game elements. They cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn or exchanged for money or anything of real-world value.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the service.
• Do not use scripts, bots or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Do not use the game to harass others or break the law.

4. Intellectual property

The Emberrise name, artwork, code and design belong to their creators. You may play for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Availability and changes

The game is provided "as is" without warranties. Progress may be reset, and features may change or be removed at any time.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emberrise and its creators are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game.
